When I look at her, I think about how good it could be.
I want to see where this can go, but I approach it so cautiously.
Never letting my guard down, trying to not get ahead myself.
Even though I like having her around, and I want to take her out.

I recently answered an inquiry on Reddit for cougars asking why we date younger men. Obviously the primary answer is that it’s fun. But the think I love the most about them is that they aren’t as jaded and don’t have as many walls up.
I get that with time we all have our way to keep ourselves safe but it doesn’t allow for connection. And connection is what I want more than anything.
If you don’t take chances you’ll never know what could have been.
On your deathbed you won’t rejoice all the times you didn’t try. Trust me!

Your right, I personaly don’t take from past relationships to the next. I’m confident, over confident sometimes. I also date women way out of my leauge and younger. I know its because I maje them laugh and are comfortable around me. Because I’m comfortable with my self. I know exactly what you mean though.
Alot of my poetry is from feelings I get from others online and I change the piont of view or other details.
Its just something I do to keep writing. Thank you for reading and responding, I really do appreciate it.

Only date women out of your league. I’ve been toying with this idea lately. Of holding out and dating only men that are “out of my league”. I’ve never set those parameters before. But it sure would be a nice ego boost. Right?

I can’t say it’s not, but I’m young at heart, I still love to dance, I like get out have fun, live for today. Just be you and you’ll have your pick of whom ever you want. Having self confidence and your own life out side the relationship is sexy. Thank you so for the coments, I’ve really been enjoying them.
